Co-founded in 2022 and directed by father and son John and Shawn Isikli, the local kitchen is backed by over 40 years of hospitality experience. John previously ran one of the largest Mediterranean restaurants in the country. Shawn, born and raised in Brooklyn, leads operations and digital.

Together, they use traditional cooking methods, bringing timeless flavors to a fast-paced neighborhood. The result? Food that reflects where we come from and where we are: a kitchen with heritage, built for the rhythm of Brooklyn, NYC.
